We welcome Medicare referrals, also referred to as a Care Plan, from your general practitioner. You can access up to 5 allied health sessions each year. Currently, these sessions are bulk billed, but starting January 1, 2025, there will be a small gap fee of $30.

If you have Type 2 Diabetes, you are entitled to 8 group sessions per year after completing an initial assessment with the Exercise Physiologist. These sessions can be used in the Raise the Bar group classes.

My Aged Care
To access exercise physiology services through My Aged Care, individuals or their caregivers may contact the My Aged contact center or visit the My Aged Care website to complete an assessment. Telehealth
If you don't live locally or you unable to travel to the clinic for your appointment, you can still have your appointment via telehealth.

Ideally you would have a computer, tablet or smartphone with reliable internet connection with a camera so that we are able to see each other to ensure that exercises are done correctly.
